It seems this year and in particular this week one group of volunteers for one political campaign discovered that the Town of Farragut has rules for campaign signs. Yes, last year the legislature passed a law that a private property owner has a right to have a political signs. Because of rogue dictatoral home owner associations telling people what they can and can not do. That does not apply to right or way signs in Farragut. If you saw the nashing of teeth by one campaign that it was ONLY their candidates signs…that was not true. Here is a recent stack that was discovered on Town of Farragut property that had been pulled by town staff.
